A Road Not Taken” and “Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening comparison Essay

?Both Robert Frosts A alley Not constrictn and Stopping by the Woods on a snow-clad eve are about making choices, affecting sprightliness. The both reflect on the human nature of questioning iodins self and wholenesss decisions in life. In A Road Not interpreted it seems as if the verbalizer is upset that they had not taken a diametric fashion in life so he decides to take the one slight travel by. Stopping By the Woods on a snowy Evening tell us that the loudspeaker system is upset and fall that they have missed things in life. Both have to do with the touch modality of making the wrong choice and facing disappointment in life while both poems are about different situations. A Road Not Taken is about coming to a cross course in life and trying to decide which path to take. To me it seems as if the speaker has followed the mainstream life style that everyone else around them had and they wanted to do something different in life. The choice to do something different led them to take the path less traveled.Stopping by the Woods on a lily-white Evening the subject stops to gaze at the beauty of woods yet he leaves remembering that he had a prior engagement. The moods and want of both poems are similar, contemplative and conflicted. Both speakers are alone on their paths to make their own choices in life. Yet they seem fascinated with the tranquillity that is in front of them in the woods. Both poems tell that the speakers have inbred conflicts about their lives and the road is used at a metaphor for life. The speakers in both poems use different ways to decide what path to take for different reasons.Stopping By the Woods on a Snowy Evening the character is facing a decision of life and decease when he is looking at the dark woods and frozen lake and his obligations in life outweigh staying in the woods in the isolation of the gentle and deep and dark woods. In The Road Not Taken the speaker is confronted with the choice and option to follow th e norm and take the path nigh traveled or take the path less traveled. He takes the path less traveled and in a way is going against the norms of society. He takes time to contemplate his decision and weighs out his choices when he says Oh I unplowed the first for another day.
